Information You Provide
When you use our inquiry form, you provide your name, email address, website URL, and message. Please include only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
How Inquiry Information Is Used
Inquiry information is used to understand your request, communicate with you, assess a potential engagement, and manage related correspondence. A website inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
Website and Service Providers
Our contact form uses Formspree to transmit submissions. Website hosting, email, and business communications providers may also handle information needed to operate the website and respond to you. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information. Providers may process information outside Bangladesh. Review Formspree’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy for their practices.
Cookies and Planned Analytics
Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta advertising tools are planned and have not yet been configured. Once enabled, they may process page views, interactions, device and browser information, IP addresses, referral information, and cookie or advertising identifiers for usage analysis, campaign measurement, and advertising audiences. Optional tracking will be subject to applicable consent requirements and the choices presented when it is introduced. Read our Cookie Policy for the planned categories and future updates.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage related correspondence, support any resulting business relationship, and meet applicable legal obligations. We assess retention against these purposes and delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, unless a lawful obligation requires otherwise. Contact us about a particular record or deletion request.
Your Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other action concerning your personal information. Contact groticx@gmail.com with enough information for us to understand the request. Identity verification may be necessary.
Client Project Data
Information processed for a client project may be subject to a separate service agreement and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement. Our Data Security page explains how to raise project-specific security questions.
