Start with the Right Information

Use the general contact form for business context and project inquiries. Do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or client datasets through it.

Agree on Project Requirements

Before data access is required, identify the systems involved, the information needed, the people responsible, and any contractual or regulatory requirements relevant to the project.

Access and Sharing

A project’s written arrangements should define authorized access, approved tools, permitted purposes, confidentiality expectations, and how access will end.

Providers and International Processing

Ask which providers may handle project information and where processing may occur. Additional contractual safeguards may be required depending on the data and applicable law.

Questions and Concerns

Send security questions or a suspected issue to groticx@gmail.com. Describe the affected page or service and the nature of the concern. Avoid sending confidential data or attempting further access to demonstrate an issue.
